Dr. Paula Kilpinen is an executive coach, advisor, speaker, and writer. As Managing Director of Henley Business School Nordic, she specialises in leadership and strategic capability development, helping organisations turn strategy into action through people.

Professor Bernd Vogel
Bernd is Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School. He has 20 years of global experience in research, educating, speaking, and consulting for leadership development. Bernd is also faculty for the new CEO 360 programme.

Hannu-Matias Nurmi
Hannu-Matias Nurmi is the CEO of Chief Executive Search, as well as an experienced advisor and consultant. He specialises in executive recruitment, leadership assessment, and strategic succession planning, helping organisations build strong, future-ready leadership teams.
