Introducing our keynote speakers:
Laura Lindsberg
Laura Lindsberg (M.Sc.Econ, B.Sc.Health) is a marketing and networking professional who has published the book Verkostoitumisen taito (The Art of Networking) in spring 2024.
Laura's work focuses on the importance of collaboration and connections between people and their impact on career development and business success. She has inspired many people to develop their networking skills and use them in their personal and professional lives.
In 2011, she founded the Finland Young Professionals (FYP) network to promote professional networking among young people within and between companies. Today, FYP includes 32 youth networks from different organisations reaching more than 8000 young professionals. Laura's aim is to spread awareness of the benefits of networking and to give practical tips on how to find their own ways to network and succeed in working life.
Eija Laine
Eija Laine is an Executive Search Consultant at Chief, specialising in C‑suite and board‑level appointments across Growth, Technology, SaaS and Private Equity–backed companies. With a background as a CEO and commercial leader in the tech sector, she brings a pragmatic, results‑driven perspective to leadership search.
A certified Executive Coach from Henley Business School Nordic, Eija integrates a coaching mindset into every engagement and is a member of the Henley Alumni Board in Finland.
