In an era where markets can undergo rapid and unexpected changes, a CEO’s ability to adapt and respond effectively is crucial. A CEO takes the lead in refining the strategic vision and navigating rapid market changes, however, they cannot succeed on their own.
The programme focuses on the critical issues on a CEO’s agenda, from strategy execution and executive finance to brand value, risk and reputation, leadership, and personal wellbeing, while emphasising effective collaboration with the board, leadership team, and other key stakeholders.
Each theme is approached through a CEO lens, highlighting what you need to understand, align on, and act upon in a complex and interconnected environment.
The CEO 360 programme is designed to add immense value to your career, guiding and empowering you with robust support in your new or existing role.
Elevate your personal development and leadership performance to new heights with CEO 360.
In the CEO 360 programme, we will look at successful strategy execution through three lenses.
