M.Sc. Saara Bange has been appointed Business Director of Corporate Development at Henley Business School Nordic, effective 2 February 2026.
Prior to joining Henley, Saara Bange has worked in a variety of industries and leadership positions, most recently in Executive Education and Professional Development at Aalto University Executive Education Ltd.
Saara brings to the role her vast experience in delivering impactful customised and open-enrolment programmes in the areas of leadership, organisational transformation and strategic communications. Most recently at Aalto EE, Saara led a team in designing innovative, customised learning and development solutions for mid-sized and large organisational clients. Throughout her career, she has advanced from researcher and consultant positions into senior leadership roles in executive education, drawing on a background that spans both business and academia.
Saara's diverse experience and expertise is underpinned by a strong academic foundation and broad industry experience from construction, education, and energy to media, professional services, and public administration.
