In spring 2021, Paree Group launched a comprehensive, group-wide leadership development programme in partnership with Henley Business School Finland. Despite the unforeseen challenges of the pandemic and the war in Ukraine, the timing turned out to be remarkably fitting.

The programme brought together leaders from across the group, fostering new connections, strengthening collaboration, and prompting a powerful realignment of our shared purpose and values – ultimately enhancing our agility in a changing global business landscape

Team coaching proved to be a powerful way to build our team identity. While we started off as individual performers unsure of what makes us a team, the process helped uncover our shared goals and strengthened our collaboration.

It also clarified how learning from one another can support both individual and collective success. What began with some scepticism evolved into a culture of trust and mutual support.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Henley on the Top Leader programme we designed together to deliver the targets that were necessary for our strategy execution.
