Henley Coaching Evening | Coaching to Build Resilience
Date 14.1.2026
Time 18:00 – 19:30 GMT+01:00
Location NH Collection, Copenhagen
Henley Business School Nordic invites you to our live session on coaching,
"Coaching to Build Resilience", with Ann James, Executive Fellow and Programme
Director at Henley Business School. This event will be held at NH Collection hotel in
Copenhagen on the 14th of January.
Why Resilience?
Of the many topics brought to coaching by clients, many of them could be grouped under the broad heading of Resilience.
In this one hour introduction, we'll take some time to explore the 'chemistry' of resilience, and how it impacts us at three levels: Emotionally, Physically and Mentally. How resilient are you in each of these areas? What can we do to build and maintain resilience in ourselves and our clients?
