Financial Times 2025 Rankings: Henley's Executive MBA retains number 1 position in the Nordics

Henley Business School achieved its best-ever ranking results in this year’s Financial Times Executive MBA 2025 ranking, securing world No. 33, a leap forward of 19 places. Henley has also once again reclaimed the No.1 position in the ranking as the best Executive MBA in the Nordics .

In addition to the number 1 regional position, Henley rated particularly highly this year for international course experience, the quality and calibre of its students and faculty diversity. 

Top position in the Nordics and highest global result

Henley Business School's Executive MBA has climbed 19 places to reach its highest-ever global ranking, No. 33, on the Financial Times Executive MBA 2025 list, while once again securing the number 1 position in the Nordics for the 3rd consecutive year.

International course experience

Reflecting the richness of the EMBA-Global experience and being part of a diverse international cohort, Henley held onto the No. 1 position in the Nordics for international course experience and for the international students, achieving the best global position in the former category at No.7.

In collaboration with our international partners in the UK, Nordics, South Africa, and the US, our programmes equip students with a global business perspective.

Graduate career progress and student calibre

Henley’s graduate career progress climbed impressive 11 places to No.21 in Europe and twenty-three places to No.41 in the world – an indicator of the advancement in and the size of organisations graduates transition into post-programme.

Henley's graduates report a 51% increase in salary from the start of the programme to today, which places Henley firmly among the top 40 in Europe for salary growth. 

 

Diversity & Sustainability

Reflecting Henley’s commitment to staff and student diversity, the school has improved across all the student demographic measures, with the most notable ones being the No.1 global position for Women in faculty criteria and the global No.29 position for Women students, an improvement of 8 places from last year.

Henley also retained the top spot in the Nordics and a top 23 global position for the Carbon Footprint measure, demonstrating the business school’s leadership in sustainability and ongoing progress towards achieving net zero carbon emissions.
