High performance isn’t the cause of a great workplace. It’s the consequence of one—it is the observable outcome of thoughtfully designed organisational conditions. In this Executive MBA Fireside Chat, Stop Chasing Performance, Professor Benjamin Laker will lead the discussion into how leaders can move beyond traditional metrics and targets to focus on the human, psychological, and relational factors that drive sustainable results.

Lead the experience, and performance becomes impossible to stop.

Who is this event for?

The event is a great opportunity for Executive MBA candidates and EMBA alumni in Finland to learn and exchange ideas on the topic. In addition, it offers Executive MBA candidates the opportunity to experience Henley's Nordic top Executive MBA and engage directly with the themes shaping tomorrow’s leadership agenda.
