Leadership in Spotlight podcast explores the biggest questions of modern leadership. This podcast brings together Henley Business School's academic research and real-life experience of Nordic leaders on the front line. 

The podcast hosts are Henley’s EMBA alumnus and Deputy CEO of Miltton Group, Kaius Niemi, and Henley Business School Nordic’s Managing Director, author, speaker and leadership strategist, Dr Paula Kilpinen.

Bringing together world-class research and leadership

In each episode, Kaius and Paula are joined by two inspiring Nordic leaders to talk about topics such as how to lead multigenerational workforce, what hybrid work looks like, and how to lead in the AI era. Each conversation is informed by a pre-recorded conversation with Henley Business School's international faculty: Dr Melissa Carr,  Dr Chris Dalton, Jon Foster-Pedley, Professor Benjamin Laker, Dr Tatiana Rowson, and Dr Bernd Vogel.
