Case Paree Group: Leading for Future
The Paree Group, headquartered in Finland is an ambitious group of international organisations operating within the MedTech and associated sectors. It comprises the design and production of sophisticated and practical medical hardware alongside the development and implementation of leading-edge medical diagnosis software. The Group is growing as an organisation that is rewriting the rules of MedTech through its operations.

Introduction & Objectives
The CEO & Executive Committee identified several key challenges within Paree Group, that the Leadership programme needed to address.
The objectives of the leadership learning experience were to:
- Establish a common leadership culture and language across operating units.
- Equip leaders with the technical and interpersonal skills to drive future performance.
- Foster a community of bold leaders to encourage innovation, experimentation, and cross-group learning.

DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY
Henley Finland worked with Paree Group’s leadership to diagnose critical issues and design an integrated virtual and face-to-face leadership learning journey. This journey combined personal and organisational development, ensuring that learning was relevant to both individuals and the organisation.
