The newly released 2026 Financial Times Executive Education Rankings published on 18 May place Henley Business School at no.23 globally for customised executive education, maintaining Nordic top 2 position for both our open and custom programmes.
Developed to empower learners to increase their personal impact and organisational performance, our open-enrolment programmes also maintained their leading position in 2026, ranking 27th in Europe and in the world’s top 40 for the sixth consecutive year.
With campuses in the UK, South Africa and the Nordics, clients valued Henley’s customised programmes for their international reach and quality of our teaching faculty:
"We are proud to see Henley once again ranked highly both globally and across the Nordics in the Financial Times Executive Education rankings for both customised and open programmes.
What stands out in the results is our strength in preparation and programme design, reflecting our close collaboration with clients, programmes that fit the clients’ real context, and the practical application of the latest research," said Saara Bange, Business Director of Corporate Development at Henley Business School Nordic.
We are world-leading for faculty diversity, ranked 1st across the board for both our custom and open programmes. This commitment to equity is also seen in the make-up of our programme cohorts, with a high gender diversity among participants in our open programmes (9th in the world).
Great leadership is shaped by diverse perspectives. Our faculty diversity brings together insights from across continents, grounded in local realities.
"The rankings highlight the quality of our faculty, the relevance of the skills participants gain, and the impact our programmes deliver. They also reinforce Henley’s position as a leader in innovative learning and, most importantly, in driving real behavioural change in the workplace," said Saara Bange.
The influential ranking evaluates the world’s 90 highest‑rated business schools offering open programmes, alongside the 100 leading schools delivering customised executive solutions. Both rankings expanded this year, reflecting the breadth of the global market.
