Annual General Meeting for Henley Alumni ry

The Henley Alumni ry Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 4 March 2025 at 16.30 at Veikkaus Arena, a dynamic blend of association business and hands-on strategic insights into live entertainment. And, an opportunity to take part in a guided tour of the recently reopened arena.

Please note that there is limited spaces in the tour, so the first 40 registrants can take part.

• 17:00 Annual General Meeting of Henley Alumni ry
• 18:00 Keynote: Driving Growth Through Live Venues: Reimagining Helsinki’s Role on the International Stage, Group Director of Operations, Mirkka Rautala.
• Guided Arena tour for the first 40 to register.
• 19:00 Event ends

The AGM materials will be sent to registered participants at the latest one week before the meeting. Should a member of Henley Alumni ry wish a particular matter to be handled at the AGM, such matters must be notified to the alumni board no later than 14 days prior to the meeting.
