M.Sc. (Econ.) Jukka Rautiainen has been appointed Business Director at Henley Business School Nordic, effective August 6th, 2026.
Prior to joining Henley, Jukka Rautiainen has held senior leadership positions in consulting, leadership development and professional services businesses, most recently as Director and Head of Human Capital Consulting at KPMG.
Jukka brings to the role more than 20 years of experience in growing advisory and leadership development businesses, working with senior executives and building long-term partnerships with large organisations across the Nordics.
At KPMG, Jukka led the HR advisory business in Finland, advising senior executives on business transformation, organisational effectiveness and workforce-related challenges. Earlier, during more than ten years at SHL, he served as Country Manager for Finland and later as Vice President for the Nordic countries, leading and growing the leadership assessment and enterprise talent solutions business across the region.
His broader background includes senior commercial and consulting roles at Oracle as well as entrepreneurial experience in leadership advisory and SaaS businesses. Throughout his career, Jukka has worked at the intersection of business growth, leadership development and organisational transformation.
